 訂購須知 Order Information 

1. 出貨 Dipatching Orders

▪  出貨貨時間為確認付款後起計 2-3 天內。
▪  部分貨品會有現貨，詳情以 IG 公佈為準

2. 急單 Urgent Orders

▪  我們會按情況接急單。請在提交表格時在備註一欄提出或透過 IG DM 或 WhatsApp 向我們查詢；店員會透過顧客提供的聯絡電話聯絡顧客確認訂購資料。

3. 付款方式 Payment Methods

4.售後安排

▪ 訂單付款確認後，顧客將不能退款、換貨、取消訂單或對訂單作出任改動。 顧客付款前務必小心確認訂單內容。Orders cannot be refunded, exchanged, cancelled or modified once payment is processed. We kindly ask the customers to check & confirm the order details carefully before making payment on time.

5. 取貨及送貨安排

i. 顧客自取 Self Pick Up

▪  顧客可在自取時間內親臨 Pretty Sweet 位於觀塘的工作室取貨
▪  請於已預約的日期及時間親臨取貨
▪  店員會要求和你核對列有訂單資料的收據
▪  如托人代領，請提前通知我們及提供代領人電話號碼以作識認
▪  請自備保冷袋及購物袋或向我們加購

▪  Orders can be collected in person at Pretty Sweet Studio located in Kwun Tong during collection hours stated below
▪  Please come to pick up your order according to the scheduled date & time
▪  You will be asked to present the order receipt with order details, which was sent to you after payment confirmation
▪ For authorised pick-up, please let us know in advance and provide the contact number of the authorised person as identification

自取時段 Self-Collection Hours

星期二至六，1:00-6:00p.m. (公眾假期除外）
Tue–Sat, 1:00-6:00p.m. (excluding public holidays)

▪ 如顧客沒有在指定日期、時間及地點取貨，Pretty Sweet 將保留撤銷已訂購貨品及相應已支付款項的權利。Pretty Sweet reserves the right to forfeit any items ordered and the corresponding payments if the customer fails to pick up on the designated date, time and location.

ii. 送貨服務 Delivery Service

▪ 店員可在送貨時間內代客安排送貨（到付）*。
Delivery (pay by recipient) can be arranged within delivery hours stated below.* 

▪ 如訂購馬卡龍，選擇送貨服務的顧客必需加購保冷袋套裝；$500 以上訂單可獲豁免
Customers who order macarons and choose delivery service have to purchase ice packs & cooler bags that are used to ensure the quality of macarons. The ice pack set will be complimentary for orders of $500 or above.

速遞送貨時段 Delivery Hours:

▪ 可供選擇的日子及時段 Available Dates & Time Slot：
星期二至六，2-5p.m. (公眾假期除外）
Tue–Sat, 2-5p.m. (excluding public holidays)

▪  除特別指定，貨品會在所選日子的以上時段內送達
▪  指定速遞時間有可能需要支付附加費用
▪  以下地方不設送貨服務 Delivery service will not be arranged for below places:
西貢、東涌、機場、迪士尼、愉景灣、馬灣、沙頭角、木屋、圍村、丁屋、臨時房屋、渡輪碼頭、公園、運動埸、離島、建築地盤及公共場所
Sai Kung, Tung Chung, The Airport, Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Squatter area, Walled villages, Small houses, Temporary housing area, Piers, Parks, Sports arenas, Outlying islands, Construction sites or Public areas

視乎地區，速遞運費為 $65-$300 不等
出發點為 Pretty Sweet 工作室，地址：觀塘觀塘道 472-484號觀塘工業中心一期

 ▪  選擇速遞服務的顧客須自行承擔運送過程中貨品被損壞及外觀被影響的風險
