開心果千甘酥 Pistachio Crunch Cookie

開心果千甘酥是以開心果製成的布列塔尼酥餅。這款酥餅的牛油味雖甚濃但不會蓋過開心果的獨有堅果香味。️口感方面則非常酥脆，能吃到粒粒開心果。除了焦香無比的曲奇邊，焗成至琥珀金黃色的曲奇表面亦十分可口。可配搭我們出品的特濃開心果醬一同食用。

➊ 焗爐 150°C 焗 6 分鐘
➋ 出爐後放置 3 分鐘，待曲奇回復酥脆後食用
