- Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any item available at Pretty Sweet, subject to stock availability.
- Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
- Expired gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
- Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Pretty Sweet is final.
